Jarred Grant moved from Bend, Oregon to Boston, MA in January 2004 when he decided to pursue his passion for music and hone his musical chops by studying at the world-renowned Berklee College of Music. Jarred was drawn to the Professional Music degree program at Berklee since it afforded him the flexibility to "pick his poison" so-to-speak as to what to specialize in as a professional musician. He majored in drum set performance studying with the likes of Casey Scheurell, Dave Dicenso, Larry Finn, and Ralph Peterson Jr.  He minored in guitar and bass studies, as well as songwriting & music production allowing him to come out of the college experience with an incredibly varied skill set as a multi-instrumentalist.

In addition to his busy calendar of live music gigs, Jarred offers private music lessons from beginner to advanced students of all ages 2 days a week out of his home studio in Billerica, MA, online via zoom, or in the comfort of your own home.
